Portfolio maintenance agreements
Most roof failures on rental buildings start small: a clogged drain, a lifted flashing, a parapet seam. A maintenance agreement puts every roof in your portfolio on a schedule, so problems are found and priced before tenants report them.
Each visit includes a roof inspection, drain and gutter clearing, minor maintenance, and a written report per property. Agreements are built around your portfolio size and building types.
