Supervise the work
We oversee preparation, installation, and repairs, with attention to safety, manufacturer instructions, and applicable building requirements. If unexpected conditions arise, we discuss any proposed changes to scope or cost with you before proceeding.
Keep you informed
You have a designated point of contact for questions and updates. We use progress photographs to help explain the work and document important details.
Complete and review
We check the completed work, clean the work area, and coordinate required final inspections. We review the project with you and provide applicable warranty information and maintenance guidance.
